High school diploma or equivalency
8+ years in security fields (military, law enforcement, overseas security, or corporate security)
2+ years in executive protection or emergency response
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
Small unit leadership or team management; Spanish preferred
Willing to travel up to 30%; FAA Part 107 license or ability to obtain
