Physical Security Specialist II

📋 Description

• Direct responsibility for the physical security of the Singapore office.
• Collaborate with Regional Physical Security and GSS to build APAC security program.
• Conduct risk assessments for major events and business-critical decisions.
• Support Protective Intelligence: analyze threats and travel risks in APAC.
• Deliver reports, briefings, and presentations with actionable recommendations.
• Oversee third-party vendor security teams and assist the Regional Security Operations Center.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in physical security operations in fast-paced tech/creative offices.
• Knowledge of physical security platforms and access control systems.
• Understanding of enterprise physical security risk management, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; English required; APAC languages a plus.
• Experience managing security vendors and contracted guard forces.
