Physical Security Technology Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the design, procurement, and maintenance of Harvey physical security systems.
• Gather requirements from business units and regulatory needs; embed in design.
• Apply security best practices for planning, codes, architecture, and operations.
• Define project scope; create planning documents, SOWs, schedules, and costs.
• Communicate design concepts to end users and security vendors during planning.
• Review drawings and specs; coordinate revisions; escalate delays to management.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years security systems engineering, admin, and project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple security vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google apps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Avigilon security systems installation experience (bonus).
• Avigilon or OpenPath certification (bonus).
• CAD drafting experience for engineering drawings (bonus).
• AI tools like Glean, Claude, and Gemini (bonus).
