📋 Description

• Provide outpatient orthopedic PT to patients.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and communicate with the care team.
• Collaborate with Upstream Rehab network for outcomes.
• Participate in residency, fellowship and CEU opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• DPT or equivalent PT degree from an accredited program
• TN PT license or eligible for licensure
• Available as full-time, part-time, or PRN
• New grads welcome; mentorship provided
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
