🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Physical Therapist license (or eligible) in Tennessee
• Ability to develop individualized care plans and deliver evidence-based therapy
• Strong communication and teamwork
