📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient orthopedic physical therapy for patients at Benchmark PT
• Build and implement individualized care plans for each patient
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve function and outcomes
• Collaborate with Upstream Rehabilitation network clinicians
• Participate in mentorship programs and ongoing professional growth
• Focus on patient-centered care while documenting progress

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Oregon PT license or eligible
• Strong clinical skills in outpatient PT
• Ability to develop individualized, evidence-based care plans
• Willingness to participate in mentorship and CEU opportunities
• Residency/Fellowship helpful or preferred
