📋 Description

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy to patients in Pasco, WA.
• Collaborate with Upstream Rehabilitation network to deliver care.
• Conduct evidence-based, patient-centered therapy sessions.
• Build individualized care plans with goals and outcomes.
• Participate in structured onboarding and mentorship for new grads.
• Work with a supportive team focused on growth and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Washington PT license or eligibility to practice.
• Strong clinical skills in outpatient orthopedics and musculoskeletal rehab.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education and professional development.
