• Participate in structured onboarding for new-grad PTs and ongoing mentorship.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
• New grads welcome
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic PT preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Full-time availability (on-site)
