📋 Description

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy care to patients at a Greensboro clinic.
• Deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to support patient recovery and outcomes.
• Work under mentorship with opportunities for professional growth and new-grad onboarding.
• Collaborate with a supportive team across Upstream Rehabilitation network.
• Participate in clinic operations and patient-centered care on a full-time, part-time, or PRN basis.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina (or eligible)
• Ability to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Comfort with outpatient orthopedic caseload and documentation systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
