Implement wound prevention and repair with evidence-based dressings.
Develop and implement individualized care plans: manual therapy, gait training, balance, other
Assess and revise care plans; collaborate with nursing on the care plan.
Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care and safety.

🎯 Requirements

Current VA Physical Therapist license.
Graduate from APTA-approved program; transcript/diploma.
Ability to work independently and manage time.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving skills.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
