🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• PTA license (or eligibility) in North Carolina
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in outpatient orthopedics
• Flexibility for full-time, part-time, or PRN hours
• Evidence-based practice mindset
