🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Washington PTA license or eligibility
• Outpatient orthopedic experience or interest
• Ability to deliver care under supervision of a licensed PT
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to participate in ongoing learning and mentorship
