📋 Description

Administer treatment programs per Physical Therapist
Assist PT with vital signs, ROM, and strength testing
Coordinate with Rehab team per individual treatment plans
Schedule treatments, visits, and billing
Document interventions (exercises, gait, ADLs, modalities)

🎯 Requirements

PTA associate’s degree from an accredited program
Valid PTA license or proof of eligibility
Minimum of two years PTA experience with frail/elderly
Knowledge to treat frail elderly with complex needs
