📋 Description

• Provide restorative and rehabilitative PT services under a PT.
• Deliver care at the center and in participants' homes.
• Collaborate with the Rehabilitation IDT to implement care plans.
• Maximize independence, safety, and functional outcomes.
• Support development or restoration of functional abilities.

🎯 Requirements

• PTA associate’s degree from an accredited program.
• Valid PTA license or license eligibility.
• Minimum of two years PTA experience with frail or elderly population.
• PTA knowledge to treat frail, elderly participants with complex needs.
• Outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
