Provide restorative PT services under PT supervision in clinic and at participants' homes.
Administer treatment programs per established PT plans.
Assist PT with vitals, ROM, and strength testing.
Coordinate with Rehab team to implement individualized plans.
Schedule treatments, clinical visits, and billing.
Document PT interventions per care plans (exercises, modalities).

🎯 Requirements

PTA associate's degree from an accredited program.
Valid PTA license, or proof of license eligibility.
Minimum 2 years PTA experience in a clinical setting with frail/elderly population.
PTA knowledge to treat frail elderly participants with complex needs.
