Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based PT care under licensed PT supervision
• Provide outpatient orthopedic PTA services to help patients regain movement
• Assist with treatment planning, documentation, and progress tracking
• Collaborate with clinicians to create personalized rehab plans
• Support patient education and access to care
• Participate in onboarding and mentorship programs

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• PTA license or eligibility in Oregon
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Ability to work full-time, part-time, or PRN
• Commitment to evidence-based practice
