• Lead the outpatient PT team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Develop clinicians and elevate patient outcomes.

• Manage operations: patient experience, performance, scheduling.
• Mentor and support clinicians and staff.
• Build relationships with local referral sources and community partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of accredited PT program (DPT or equivalent)
• Oregon PT license or eligible to practice
• Active PT license in Oregon (or eligible)
• Leadership experience; passion for developing others
• Strong outpatient orthopedic clinical skills
