📋 Description

• Lead the outpatient PT team to deliver exceptional patient care in Midtown, Atlanta
• Develop clinicians, elevate outcomes, and foster a high-performing clinic culture
• Oversee clinic operations: patient experience, scheduling, and performance
• Provide direct patient care with evidence-based treatment plans
• Mentor PTs and staff; lead onboarding and professional development
• Build relationships with local referral sources and community partners

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Current PT license in GA or eligible
• Leadership experience preferred; ability to mentor and develop others
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration with physicians and community partners
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
