• Lead the outpatient physical therapy team in a high-performing clinic.

• Oversee clinic operations, scheduling, and patient experience.
• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based treatment plans when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible).
• Outpatient orthopedics experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and staff development skills.
• Ability to build relationships with local referral sources and partners.
