📋 Description

• Lead PT team; develop clinicians; elevate patient outcomes; foster clinic culture
• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff
• Oversee clinic operations: patient experience, clinical performance, scheduling
• Path to multi-site leadership or clinic ownership/partnership
• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based treatment plans
• Leadership onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing development

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Physical Therapy license or eligible in WA
• Leadership experience; ability to develop clinicians
• Background in Outpatient Orthopedic PT
• Excellent communication and staff mentorship skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and high clinical standards
