🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of accredited PT program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Oregon PT license (or eligible)
• Leadership or mentorship experience in PT
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics
• Ability to develop clinicians and clinical teams
