📋 Description

• Lead the Outpatient PT team and drive clinic culture
• Develop clinicians and elevate patient outcomes
• Oversee clinic operations, scheduling, and patient experience
• Mentor staff and lead onboarding and professional growth
• Build referrals and strong community partnerships
• Provide direct patient care as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Virginia PT license or eligible
• Leadership experience preferred; clinic ownership path possible
• Strong communication and team development skills
• Ability to build a high-performing clinic culture
• Upstream/BenchMark network experience a plus
