🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Alabama Physical Therapist license or eligible.
• Ability to develop evidence-based, individualized care plans.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to mentor staff.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic PT is preferred.
• Eligibility to participate in clinic leadership or growth track.
