📋 Description

• Design, coordinate, and lead group product training for clinicians.
• Conduct one-on-one in-office training for practitioners.
• Lead escalation training for customers returning devices.
• Assess training effectiveness and adjust curriculum.
• Travel 15-30% for training; operate a small in-house clinic and provide care.
• Collect and analyze clinical data to inform product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• DPT from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Active MA PT license.
• Minimum 3 years in outpatient/sports/ortho rehab.
• Public speaking and clinical training experience.
• Strong written communication.
• Preferred: medical device or clinical education experience.
