Perform diagnostic tests and measurements: mobility, gait, balance, strength, endurance
Develop and implement individualized care plans with PT interventions
Apply wound care interventions using evidence-based dressings
Continuously assess and revise the PT care plan
Educate clients and families for rehab and independent living
Accurately document observations and interventions on a patient record

🎯 Requirements

A current Physical Therapist license in Hawaii
Graduation from an APTA/CAAHEA-accredited program
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
