Visit clients in their homes to aid recovery after injury, illness, or surgery.
Conduct mobility, ROM, strength, balance and safety assessments.
Develop care plans with manual therapy and gait training.
Administer wound care and protective interventions with evidence-based dressings.
Educate clients and families on rehab and safety for independence.
Document observations and interventions using a touchpad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Active and current PT license.
One year of clinical experience preferred.
Previous home health experience welcome, but not required; training provided.
Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned.
