📋 Description

• Perform mobility, strength, and balance assessments
• Develop and implement individualized PT care plans
• Apply wound care using evidence-based dressings and topical agents
• Continuously assess and revise the PT care plan
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitation and safety
• Document care in the EMR on a tablet

🎯 Requirements

• Current Arizona PT license
• Graduation from APTA-approved program
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
