📋 Description

• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements (mobility, strength, balance, safety)
• Develop and implement individualized care plans (exercises, gait, balance)
• Implement wound prevention and care with dressings and topical agents
• Continuously assess and revise PT care plans
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitation for independence
• Document observations and interventions using a tablet EMR

🎯 Requirements

• Active Arizona PT license
• Graduate from APTA- or AMA-accredited PT program
• Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred
