🎯 Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in Arizona
• Graduation from CAPTE-accredited program or equivalent
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
• Ability to perform diagnostic tests, create care plans, and document care
• Experience with manual therapy, gait training, balance, and wound care interventions
• Strong communication with clients and family members
