📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Assess mobility, range of motion, gait, balance, safety, and endurance.
• Implement wound care with evidence-based dressings.
• Develop and revise individualized PT care plans with manual therapy and gait training.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care and safety.
• Document observations and interventions using a touchpad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Maryland Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate of an APTA-approved PT program with transcript/diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
