Physical Therapist, PT, Senior Living Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in Abington and nearby areas.
• Assess mobility, ROM, balance, gait, strength, and safety.
• Implement wound care and protective interventions with evidence-based dressings.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans; include manual therapy and gait training.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care and safety.
• Document observations and interventions using a touchpad EMR system.

🎯 Requirements

• PA Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum one year PT experience.
• Graduate from an APTA/CAAHEA approved program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
