Physical Therapist, PT - Weekend Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements on mobility, gait, strength, balance, and ambulation
• Implement wound care using evidence-based dressings and topical agents.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with manual therapy and gait/balance interventions.
• Assess and revise care plans with nursing as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Educate clients and families to promote health, safety, and independence.

🎯 Requirements

• A current AZ Physical Therapist - PT license.
• Minimum of one year of recent PT experience.
• Graduate from an APTA/CAAHEA-accredited program with transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
