Physical Therapist- Visits

📋 Description

• Perform mobility and balance assessments, including strength, endurance, and safety
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with manual therapy, gait training, balance interventions
• Implement integumentary protective interventions to prevent wounds and promote healing with evidence based dressings
• Continuously assess and revise the PT care plan
• Educate clients and families in rehabilitative care to promote health and independent living
• Accurately document observations and interventions using a state of the art touchpad tablet

🎯 Requirements

• A current Physical Therapist license in Hawaii
• Graduation from an APTA approved program or AMA accreditation as shown by transcript or diploma
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
