📋 Description

• Conduct mobility, balance, strength, and safety assessments.
• Develop and adjust individualized PT care plans with therapy techniques.
• Apply wound care with evidence-based dressings and topical agents.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care for independence.
• Document patient observations and interventions on a touch pad tablet.
• Provide ongoing clinical support and schedule coordination.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Hawaii.
• Graduate from an APTA-approved or CAAHEA-accredited program (transcript/diploma).
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
