Perform diagnostic tests and measurements (mobility, transfer status, ambulation, strength
Educate clients and families to promote health, safety, and independence.
Document observations and interventions using EMR tools on a touch-pad device.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality home health care.

🎯 Requirements

Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Hawaii.
Graduation from an APTA-approved program or ACM/AHHEA-accredited program.
Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred.
