Physical Therapy Assistant, Home Health

📋 Description

• Perform home health PT visits for adults and seniors.
• Deliver treatment, tests, education per licensed PT plan.
• Travel to senior living communities in Charlottesville/Staunton, VA.
• Interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Flexible schedule: full-time, part-time, or per diem opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with BAYADA policies and infection control.

🎯 Requirements

• Current VA licensure/certification as PTA.
• Two-year PTA program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• One year PTA experience; proficiency exam if initial qualification before 12/31/1977.
• At least one year’s work experience under PT supervision.
• Willingness to perform other duties as requested.
