PTA for part-time or per diem home health visits
Serves adult and geriatric patients in Charlottesville, VA
Home care PT services as delegated by licensed PT
Per visit basis in senior living communities
Supports patient well-being through treatment, tests, and education
Office location: Charlottesville, VA area

🎯 Requirements

Current VA licensure/certification
Two-year APTA-approved PTA program completion
One year PTA experience and proficiency exam (before 12/31/1977)
At least one year of supervision under a PT
Other activities as requested
