📋 Description

• Provide home health visits to adults and geriatric patients under PT supervision
• Administer treatments, tests, client education, and interventions as delegated by a licensed
• Work on a per-visit basis across the greater Tucson area from the BAYADA Tucson office
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote physical well-being
• Travel within assigned territories to deliver quality patient care
• Support BAYADA values and patient-centered care

🎯 Requirements

• Current licensure or certification in Arizona
• Graduate of a two-year APTA-approved program (transcript/diploma required)
• One year PTA experience and proficiency exam (if initial qualification before Dec 31, 1977)
• At least one year of work experience under supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist
• Other activities as requested
