Deliver individualized care plans: therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other PT
Educate clients and families to promote health, safety, and independence
Document observations and evaluations using a touch pad tablet

🎯 Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Hawaii
Two-year college program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or equivalent
Two years PTA experience preferred with successful proficiency exam
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
