Physical Therapy Assistant, Visits

📋 Description

• Provide treatment, tests, education, and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized care plans: therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other
• Educate clients, families, and representatives on rehabilitative care for health, safety, and
• Accurately document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet
• Collaborate with a field-based PT for supported care in the home health setting

🎯 Requirements

• Hawaii Physical Therapist Assistant license required
• Two years PTA experience and proficiency exam with satisfactory results
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
