Physical Therapy Technician

📋 Description

• Unlicensed associate working under licensed PT/OT supervision.
• Work under state Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy Practice Acts and company policy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to patient care.
• Prepare equipment and treatment areas for patient use.
• Assist and observe patients performing prescribed therapy exercises; document responses.
• Perform basic prescribed treatments such as applying ice packs and heat pads as instructed.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and therapy areas; change linens.
• Handle administrative tasks: patient intake, answering calls and scheduling.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organizational detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in computers and learning new software programs.
