Physical Therapy Technician

📋 Description

• Preparing equipment and treatment areas for patient use.
• Assist/observe patients performing prescribed therapy; document responses.
• Apply ice/heat packs as instructed.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and therapy areas; launder linens.
• Assist with patient intake, calls and scheduling.
• Work under supervision of licensed PT or OT.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with computers; quick to learn software.
• Knowledge of state PT/OT practice acts and company policies.
