📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the full lifespan
• See approximately 16-20 patients per day in outpatient setting
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with value-based care
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs to coordinate care and improve outcomes
• Practice with supervising physicians under RI regulations, including consultation
• Manage an assigned patient panel, including preventive care and chronic disease management

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited PA program
• Certified by NCCPA
• Licensed or eligible for Rhode Island PA licensure
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
• Rhode Island CSR or eligibility to obtain
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered, value-based primary care
