Physician - Virtual Health Assessment (Part-Time)

📋 Description

• Provide high quality care for patients in a virtual setting
• Collaborate with Physicians and/or Advanced Practice Leads on the Care Team as needed when working
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed loop communication with patients and other providers as
• Use tooling to allow virtual “exams” including remote home monitoring equipment, remote physical
• Participate in collaborative care model with various care team members including but not limited to

🎯 Requirements

• MD/DO from accredited program
• Board Certification in Emergency Room, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• 3+ years of primary care/urgent care experience
• 2+ years of experience delivering virtual care
• Must be licensed in TN and FL or TX (full license, not telehealth)
