📋 Description

• Create memorable piercing experiences with clinical care and a celebratory atmosphere.
• Ensure customer safety, comfort, and smooth flow of care.
• Communicate professionally with clients throughout the piercing experience.
• Maintain a sterile environment at the nurse station and procedure tray.
• Educate customers on aftercare and Rowan's hypoallergenic products.
• Monitor the customer experience and uphold Rowan's standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• Eligible for body art license or registration per state laws.
• Customer care focused, warm, and a team player.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Interest in retail environment with sales goals.
• Open to all experience levels; pediatrics/ear piercing training a plus.
