📋 Description

• Provide safe, joyful ear piercing in a clinical setting.
• Maintain sterile environment at nurse station and trays.
• Communicate professionally with clients throughout the piercing experience.
• Educate on aftercare to support healing and well-being.
• Monitor customer experience and address issues promptly.
• Support inventory, compliance, and studio operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• Strong customer care, team spirit, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility for shifts, including holidays/weekends.
• All experience levels welcome; pediatric/ear piercing training a plus.
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and Rowan standards.
• Interest in a retail environment with sales goals.
