📋 Description

• Provide safe, joyful ear piercing with clinical care.
• Maintain a sterile environment at the nurse station and tray.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients during piercing.
• Educate customers on aftercare and Rowan's aftercare products.
• Conduct ear evaluations for placement and styling guidance.
• Monitor the customer experience and resolve issues quickly.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• Strong customer care and communication skills.
• Warm, friendly team player with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Detail-oriented with flexible schedule (holidays/weekends).
• Open to all experience levels; pediatrics/ear piercing training a plus.
• Dedication to safe, clean environment and exceptional service.
