📋 Description

• Provide safe, clean, and joyful ear-piercing experiences performed by licensed nurses.
• Ensure customer safety, comfort, and smooth care flow during piercing sessions.
• Communicate professionally with clients throughout the piercing experience.
• Educate customers on aftercare and Rowan’s products to support healing.
• Offer personalized earring placement and styling guidance.
• Monitor the customer experience and uphold Rowan’s clinical piercing standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN License.
• Professional, engaging customer care approach.
• Warm, friendly, team-oriented with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to create celebratory, memorable experiences for customers.
• Provide both technical and non-technical information to customers and community members.
• Interest in working in a retail environment with sales goals.
