📋 Description

• Provide safe, joyful ear piercing by licensed nurses in a sterile setting.
• Maintain safety, comfort, and clear communication throughout the process.
• Educate on aftercare and Rowan's After Care to support healing.
• Evaluate ear placement and offer personalized styling advice.
• Maintain sterile environments at nurse station and tray.
• Follow CDC guidelines and sanitize surfaces and instruments.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• Eligible to obtain or possess a body art license/registration.
• Professional, engaging customer care and teamwork.
• Comfortable with sales goals and a retail environment.
• Attention to detail; flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Open to all experience levels; pediatrics/ear piercing training a plus.
