Pigment Model Builder

📋 Description

• Own Pigment as FP&A planning platform; design, build, and optimize models.
• Lead end-to-end implementations from scoping to production build.
• Build models for workforce planning, OpEx, 3-statement reporting, and forecasting.
• Partner with FP&A, GTM, and People to translate requirements into scalable model logic.
• Validate model outputs against ERP/HRIS/CRM data; own reconciliation.
• Onboard users, write docs, train teams, and serve as Pigment expert.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in EPM; 3 in Pigment; 2 in Anaplan or similar.
• Proven end-to-end implementations: scoping, POC, demos, production.
• Strong attention to detail; validate work against external systems.
• Excellent communication; translate between finance and tech model logic.
• Experience driving user adoption and change management.
• Curious, collaborative problem-solver.
